Hello! My name is Caroline and I am a Graphic Designer based in the San Francisco Bay Area. I have a degree in Web Design and Interactive Media. Before starting my career in UX/UI, I worked as a Graphic Design Consultant. Aside from honing my technical skills in design, being a consultant allowed me to work and collaborate with clients personally. This developed my empathy which helps me understand users and their experiences on an intimate level.

 

Directly working with people sparked my interest in UX and pushed me to make a career change. I feel that it ties together my favorite things: my interest in user experience, collaborating, and visual designing. I love conducting research for a project and vastly enjoy finding solutions to design a product that is memorable and intuitive. I believe that the key to effectively tell a story in a product or brand is empathy.
